The location is AMAZING! ! A mere minute from the main square, the vibrant atmosphere and variety of nearby restaurants truly enhance your experience.

Noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially at night, making it challenging to get restful sleep.

The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning was basically a no-show, yet no one offered to let me change rooms—shocking, right? the flat-screen was old, and had only Polish channels. really? I almost considered giving a good review, but it seems my expectations woudl ve been too high for this place.

The hotel's central location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the main square. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and always offered help whenever needed.

The walls are quite thin, and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which affected our privacy at times. The shower could also benefit from better drainage.

Our stay in the Superior Deluxe Studio was delightful, with a stunning view and spacious areas. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this vibrant hotel. The unique room decor and spacious accommodations provided a cozy atmosphere after our adventures. Minor issues with noise were present, but they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Ideal location made exploring Krakow a breeze.

The Superior Deluxe Studio featured a spacious layout with an attractive blend of modern comforts and vintage architecture, creating a cozy atmosphere. The jacuzzi bath was a luxurious touch that provided a nice way to unwind after a long day exploring the area.

The room lacked a proper shower screen, which made showering a bit tricky at times. There were moments when the poorly lit stairwell felt a bit unsafe, especially for those not great with dim lighting. the lift experience was quite disconcerting, as it shot up and down without warning, leaving me dizzy and lightheaded afterward. Noise from the upstairs room could be heard during the night, making restful sleep a bit of a challenge.

The Executive suite was absolutely stunning with a spacious layout featuring a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, and the separate seating area was a cozy spot to unwind. the large smart TV made for great entertainment in the evenings.

Check-in could have been swifter.

this place is amazin! we had a deluxe studio and it was beautifully decorated, so comfy and really clean. the location is just perfect, only a minute to the main square. the receptionists were super helpful, they even lent us an iron when we needed it. overall, a fab stay and i’d absolutely stay here again!

only downside was that the walls are kinda thin, so u can hear some noise from other rooms. also, the bathroom could use a little shelf for toiletries, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Wi-fi worked well and the security felt solid. Disappointed that the bar area closed early.
